re•create thrift store was founded in 2019. It is a non-profit thrift store offering quality, affordable resale clothing and household goods for our community while providing a resource for recycling to benefit others.

A little "spring cleaning" goes a long way for the store — and our community! We have a deep appreciation for all those who donate to our ministry so that we may help others in need. Please keep us in mind for donations as we always need men, women and children's clothing. A big heartfelt thank you goes out to all!

We treasure your treasures!
You can bring your donations to 1601 Main Street on Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

ACCEPTABLE DONATIONS:
Clean clothing, Jewelry
Small furniture and home accessories
Vintage and Artifacts

Items in good shape you no longer use

ITEMS WE CAN NOT ACCEPT:

CVC Ministry to Shut-Ins

  • Do you know of someone who would like someone to read to them? Sing to them? Help with shopping? Help with letter writing? Help with cooking?
  • Do you know of someone who loves to garden but needs a little help?
  • Do you know someone who likes to go on outings/rides?
  • Do you know someone who has a dog but is no longer able to take them for a walk?
  • Do you know someone who just needs checking on by visits or phone calls?
  • If you said “yes” to any of these questions, then our volunteer ministry is for you. We are a small group of compassionate volunteers who want to do “small things with great love.”

If we can help your loved one with any of these needs above, please contact Ruth Anne.
